I am 20 years old and I study Computer Science at the fourth semester of my studies at Pakistan. 1. Morning Simplicity — No Oily Breakfasts My body led me to discover that heavy breakfasts created a feeling of slowness together with bloating. I decided to change my eating habits by avoiding all types of oil during morning meals. I began each morning with small breakfast portions which included fresh fruits or yogurt together with oatmeal or similar hot dishes. I no longer feel ashamed about my screen usage because I approach it with focused attention. I select my viewing material based on purposeful intentions. Some stories relax me. Others teach me something. The stories provide me with full engagement even when I abstain from concurrent activities or life-story comparisons.
5. Mindful Tech Use (as a Girl in STEM): My studies in Computer Science demand long periods of screen usage. The strategic application of technology does not need to generate stress because it depends on how you manage it. I developed phone boundaries and created to-do lists to manage my time effectively and installed digital wellness tools that help prevent burnout. I aim to establish a community where teenage girls in STEM will discover motivation to combine their interests between technology and well-being without needing to make binary choices.
6. Learning to Share Without Hesitation: The online world made me extremely shy because I always avoided sharing my thoughts through digital channels. Starting this blog represents my biggest journey beyond self-imposed restrictions. This space serves as my personal domain and exists in genuine form even though I stay away from Instagram and Snapchat.
